Mini bit inserts are miniature sizes of bit insert (HSB) and are suitable for making products more lightweight and compact. 3 sizes of ultra-small screws under M2 are available: M1.4, M1.6, and M1.7

Use method
Set insert into hole in opposite material Press-fit/heat press-fit Press-fit completed (Opposite material dimensions)
Note: Apply soldering iron, etc. to inside of insert and insert while melting resin during heat press-fit. Be especially careful with heat capacity for mini-sizes.   A: As thick as possible,at least double B
